How much does the course cost?

Nothing. The course and all the conferences are free. We will not ask you for payments or bank details.

What do I need to get started?

An internet connection, a computer or a phone with Google Meet, and a sincere desire to know yourself. You do not need any prior knowledge.

How do I sign up?

Send a private message to the Facebook page in your language and we will send you the access details.

What are the classes like?

Live, on Google Meet: one conference a week, in the order of the syllabus.

How long is the course?

Phase A, where the course begins, has fifty conferences, one a week. The complete course comprises seventy-five.

What languages is the material in?

In seven: Spanish, English, German, Russian, Armenian, Nepali and Simplified Chinese.

What if I miss a class?

Each conference is published on this site, with its text in seven languages, so that you can review it.

Do I have to believe in anything to take the course?

No. The course is based on your own experience: each topic is verified through practice. As the first conference says: “The word ‘Knowledge’ comes from knowing, not believing.”

Does the course replace psychological or medical care?

No. It is a self-knowledge course: it does not offer diagnoses or treatments, and it does not replace the care of a health professional.
