    What the conference says

Exactly as it stands in the Phase A book, in each conference where the practice appears.

CONF. 17THE THREE FACTORS OF THE REVOLUTION OF CONSCIOUSNESS

If I sit down for a while to reflect on the different events of the day and the states I was in, I can make new discoveries and continue asking the Divine Mother to eliminate for me each thing that I come to understand. This procedure is called Reflective Meditation. And it helps us to liberate great amounts of Consciousness.

    CONF. 22MEDITATION

Any unpleasant circumstance must be reconstructed by means of the conscious imagination through the technique of Meditation.

The reconstruction of any scene allows us to verify for ourselves and directly the intervention of various egos participating in it.

Examples: A scene of romantic jealousy; in it egos of anger, jealousy and even hatred intervene.

Understanding each one of these egos, each one of these factors, in fact implies deep reflection, concentration, Meditation.
