Psychological Death

By eliminating any of the defects, the Consciousness that it had trapped is released. With the Death of each one of the egos, we recover the Wisdom and Love that were locked within it. In this way, the liberated sparks are gradually integrated into the free Consciousness.

Method for the Liberation of Consciousness:

1. 1- To Self-Observe at every instant so that we can discover the different defects that manifest to us.
2. 2- A discovered defect must be judged until it is understood.
3. 3- Once understood, it must be eradicated through a Supplication for elimination to our particular Divine Mother.

With this simple procedure, we can change our way of being, eliminating little detail by little detail. And to release the Consciousness trapped in each of the defects. This process is known as “Death instant by instant.”

PSYCHOLOGICAL DEATH.

This releases us from the constant slavery in which we are held by the psychological defects or ways of being of oneself.

We have millions of psychological defects or sins that manifest themselves in daily life and permanently waste our energies unnecessarily.

There are defects of all kinds: anger, impatience, irritability, greed, ambition, worry, deceit, lying, fear, jealousy, lust, fornication, adultery, vanity, conceit, self-love, self-consideration, self-sympathy, suffering, pride, ill will, discouragement, displeasure, repugnance, laziness, idleness, curiosity, theft, cheating, sleep, begging, squandering, alcoholism, drug addiction, degeneration, gluttony, voracity, envy, etc., etc., etc. As the poet from Mantua said, even if we had a steel palate and a thousand tongues, they would not be enough for us to enumerate them fully.

Each one of these psychological defects has a small portion of our consciousness trapped, which gives life to the defect.

When a psychological defect dies, the trapped spark or consciousness is released, which is the real part of it.

If a psychological defect can be eliminated, all defects can be eliminated. If we can release one spark from the darkness, we can liberate all of them.

Whereby it is demonstrated that with death, death is killed for an eternity.

If we free ourselves from all our psychological defects, we will have recovered all our consciousness and integrated our own Being, achieving sacred individuality. That is why we say that the reason of living is to die.

PRACTICE OF PSYCHOLOGICAL DEATH:

TO DISCOVER a defect with self-observation, to judge it with reflection until it is understood and to eliminate it by begging the divine mother to put it to death.

EXAMPLE: I am walking down the street and I see a beautiful girl. I observe an unmistakable sensation in the sexual center, I discover the attraction in my instinctive center, I feel enamored in the emotional center, I idealize her in the intellectual center, I observe the orders given to me by the egos in the motor center. (This is what is self-observed.)

REFLECTION: “What is it that this ego desires?”, “Why does it torment me”, “What is this that it suggests I do?”.

UNDERSTANDING: I am fornicating in all the centers with every girl I like; the defect is handling me; I forget myself; I identify myself and the consciousness falls asleep.

ELIMINATION: For every detail that I have observed and of which one has become conscious, the particular Divine Mother is asked to eliminate it in each center, the desire that I am feeling. This process can be repeated throughout the day for every detail that is discovered.

HOW THE CENTERS ARE BALANCED:

The first five centers are fallen and work wrongly. The two superior ones did not fall and work in a balanced way. Very few beings make use of the superior centers. The majority misuse the five inferior ones.

1. 1. If we are going to balance the centers, we must learn to observe them first.
2. 2. The second step will be to learn to save energy so that there is no plundering of the Sexual center.

We must begin to reflect on:

• What is Right Thinking? This thought is not from my Being, it is from an Ego and it has to die.
• What is Right Feeling? This feeling is not from my Being, it is from an Ego and it has to die.
• What is Right Acting? What am I doing? This mechanicity is not from my Being, it is from an Ego and it has to die.
• What is Right Speaking? What am I saying? This is not useful and must die.

If we begin this strategy, we will see that very few of the things that we do, say, feel and think meet these requirements. We will realize that we do nothing but foolish things, that we never think about anything useful, that we never feel anything good and that we talk nonstop. Conclusion: failure.

By putting this strategy into practice, the Saving of energy will begin, and this will allow us, by using sex well, to create the Existential Bodies of the Being, and to come out of the animal state in which we currently find ourselves.

Since any possibility of Being depends on this, we must begin to practice it immediately.

All the egos can be eliminated

To eliminate a psychological ego, it is necessary to be vigilant in order to be able to discover it, then to observe what it does, why it does it, when it does it, etc. Then to understand it and finally to kill it by asking the Divine Mother to eliminate it. This procedure is called psychological death.

SECOND FACTOR: TO DIE

Psychological Death refers to the liberation of the Essence, or Sexual Creative Energy, which at this time is trapped by the psychological ego or the ways of being of oneself.

In order to be able to begin the process of Psychological Death, we must learn to self-observe. And this turns out to be the most difficult thing because of the mechanicity in which we find ourselves.

It is necessary to know how to differentiate the acts of the Ego, the acts of the personality and those of the Consciousness.

What can be observed in the inner world?

1. 1 The different thoughts
2. 2 The inner talks among the egos
3. 3 The pleasant emotions
4. 4 The unpleasant emotions
5. 5 The moods in which we find ourselves
6. 6 The mechanical reactions
7. 7 Everything that upsets us, any situation of the physical world

When one discovers any of these manifestations, we become conscious of what is happening internally. Then we ask the Divine Mother to disintegrate the defect or ego that manifested itself.

To the extent that we work seriously with this procedure, we will gradually liberate the Essence, balance our centers and awaken the Consciousness. We will see increasingly smaller and more insignificant little details, which will allow us to see the progress.

The sense of self-observation will become progressively sharper, to the extent that we use it, until we awaken completely.

Example: I am going down the street driving calmly, on reaching the corner another vehicle cuts me off. If at that instant I do not identify with what is happening to me, I will be able to observe everything that happens in my inner world; let us see:

• An ego appears that tells me to yell “stupid” at him.
• Another, “insult him.”
• Another, “Who does he think he is?”
• Another, “Catch up with him!”
• I observe that I feel like fighting.
• I observe that my Emotional Center is contracted.
• I observe that an ego wants to take revenge.
• I wonder who taught him to drive.
• I think, “I hope he crashes!”
• Another tells me that he could have scratched our car.
• I cannot stop thinking about this.
• “How irresponsible!” says another.
• Other egos make comments about what happened.
• I feel resentment over what happened.
• Some time later I am still remembering the scene:
• I still feel anger.
• I cannot forget what happened.
• I feel weakened.

Each of these manifestations is produced by a different ego, and I must beg the Divine Mother to eliminate it for me.

ANOTHER EXAMPLE:

A very beautiful woman passes near one. If I self-observe I discover egos in my head that are idealizing her, if I observe the Emotional Center I feel enamored of or attracted to her, if I observe the Instinctive and the Sexual Center I notice an unmistakable morbid activity. What do I have to do? On observing that I am idealizing her, I ask for death for that detail. On observing that I am becoming enamored, I ask for death for that feeling. And on observing the instinctive sensation, I ask for death for that ego. If any of them persists, I continue asking the Divine Mother to eliminate it until none of them surfaces. This procedure is called Death instant by instant, and it implies being vigilant all day long in order to be able to notice every detail. If I sit down for a while to reflect on the different events of the day and the states I was in, I can make new discoveries and continue asking the Divine Mother to eliminate for me each thing that I come to understand. This procedure is called Reflective Meditation. And it helps us to liberate great amounts of Consciousness.

I am going to give an example: this tree stands on its main roots, they do not feed it, but rather hold it up against the winds and its own weight so as not to fall, not to collapse. And its very tiny roots are the ones that spread through the rest of the earth, and go on absorbing the sap to feed it.

So it is with our Ego, or that of humanity. The thick roots that hold up the tree symbolize the capital defects, such as lust, revenge, anger, pride and others besides.

The small roots symbolize the details, those very tiny manifestations that belong to this or that defect, which we do not believe are defects but which are its nourishment. The Ego is fed by all those minute details that we have in great quantity.

We have to begin to self-observe in order to see the thousands and thousands of negative details that we have, which are the ones that nourish the trunk. So it falls to everyone who wants to be saved from the disaster that is coming: to set about taking the nourishment away from that tree, which are the minute roots. Negative details such as bad thoughts, hatred, the envy that one feels toward other people, ambition, helping oneself to coins and insignificant things, telling lies, saying words full of pride, greed; in short, all those things that are negative at bottom, one must begin to disintegrate them seriously.

There is another divine spark called the Divine Mother, whose mission is to disintegrate the defects with a lance that she possesses. However minute the detail may be, one must ask the inner Divine Mother: “My Mother, remove this defect from me or disintegrate it for me with your lance.” She will do so because that is her mission, to help us in that way so as to gradually liberate us. Thus the tree no longer grows, but rather goes on starving, goes on drying up.

What I teach here is to be put into practice, into deeds: wherever one goes, whether one is working or whatever one is doing, one must pay attention to the mind, heart and sex. They are the three centers through which every defect manifests, and when it is manifesting, be it through any of those three centers, the request to the Divine Mother comes immediately so that She may proceed to disintegrate it.

With this work of the Death of the Ego that I am pointing out, scientific chastity is acquired and one learns to love humanity. Whoever does not work with the disintegration of the defects can never attain chastity, nor can they come to feel love for others, because they do not love themselves.

The disintegration of the defects and astral projection are the only formulas for the rescue.

The above allows us to observe that we must do two different works:

1- TO AWAKEN THE 3% OF OBJECTIVE CONSCIOUSNESS:

This part of our being, the 3%, knows the path that it will have to retrace. To awaken it we must:

• Begin the work with the Three Factors for the Revolution of Consciousness.
• Transfer the Center of Gravity, which is currently found in the personality, back to the Consciousness.
• Come out of the fascination with the things of the world into which our personality put us.

2- TO LIBERATE AND AWAKEN THE 97% OF SUBCONSCIOUSNESS:

It implies dying in oneself, following these steps:

1. 1. Self-Observation, in order to be able to discover the different defects that manifest themselves.
2. 2. Judgment. Each discovered defect must be judged until it is fully understood, through reflection and meditation.
3. 3. Elimination. By begging our particular Divine Mother.
